On our way to Palm Springs...the kids were so excited!
We arrived in time for dinner that night, played a bit and headed straight for bed.
The next morning we woke up to clouds, but it didn't stop the kids from wanting to wear their sunglasses!
Since it was a cool day, we decided to go to the Palm Springs Air Museum
Daddy was excited to see this jet (the one from Top Gun, his favorite movie) when we pulled in. So of course we had to take a few pictures.
We headed into the museum and the kids were in aw, especially Andrew.
There was so much history and Andrew had a ton of questions.
He was very interested in all of the guns and missiles and really loved all of the ship replicas.
Listening to Special Forces Veteran tell us about the planes and their use in battle.
We headed outside to look at some more airplanes.

The kids got to go inside an old plane which they thought was pretty cool.
That night we headed downtown for some dinner at our favorite Mexican restaurant and of course, some ice cream!
Andrew and Daddy LOVE Jimmy Falon so of course they had to have a picture!
This was the first time the kids shared a room. It was an interesting experience!
