Birthday Party

Andrew had his birthday party yesterday. It was a hot rod theme, per Andrew's request. We had all of his friends, a piñata, hot rod pictures, painting, and a racing ramp. I think the party was a hit and all of the kids, especially Andrew, had tons of fun!

The party started at 5pm (so we were fighting the direct sunlight which made for some not so great pics!).

Drew's Drive-In had hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches, fruit and salad.

Kids went home with hot rods, stickers and oreo also known as wheels :)

Dessert was chocolate cake (shaped like a tire!), strawberry cake pops (Andrew loves chocolate & strawberry), popcorn and mini Oreos.

The kids loved painting their cars, which they later raced down the ramp that Daddy made.

I think the piñata was the biggest hit of the party. Andrew really wanted one at his party and they all had tons of fun hitting it!

Andrew was really shy while we sang to him. He turned around for most of the song.

Such a fun party celebrating my little boy! It was the first party that he actually picked out the theme and had an opinion on who was at his party and what we did at the party. I can't believe he is 4!
