The State Fair

Yesterday we went to the state fair. I grew up going every year and always enjoyed seeing the animals and eating the food. Nate doesn't love going, he thinks the animals are gross, but he loves the food. So he took a few hours off of work in the morning and we headed down with my parents. Andrew had been one other time when he was almost two, but I don't think he remembered.

We headed towards the animals first. Ava LOVED them. This was the look on her face while we walked around.....

Andrew loved seeing all of the animals too!

Andrew loved the reptile exhibit and even got to touch a huge turtle!

Ava just wanted to walk around by herself the whole time. She didn't even want to hold my hand! She is very independent.
